About our facilitator
Robyn Veary is the Original Sunshiny Grammarista of Sunshine Edits, which she founded in 2015 to help writers of all disciplines, genres, and experience levels improve their writing through educational, compassionate editing. A lifelong lover of language, Robyn developed a passion for reading and writing at the age of ten, and her talent for fixing grammar naturally evolved from that.
She has self-published two novels and understands firsthand the emotional and technical journey of bringing a book into the world without a traditional publisher. As both an editor and author, she is passionate about bridging the gap between the red pen and the writer’s heart by helping editors better support their self-publishing clients with empathy, insight, and a bit of sunshiny encouragement.
