About the webinar

How do I as editor know if I’m the right one for the author? How do I set myself up for success regardless of genre? This webinar will help you reflect on your capability as editor, particularly when it comes to leisure books. Where there are gaps, you will be guided and equipped with knowledge of what to do to stay prepared and advance yourself.

About our facilitator

Simthandile Skondo is a dynamic and versatile individual. She’s currently in training to be a Professional Accountant, while also running a self-publishing company and assisting aspiring authors. Her love for books and their impact propelled her to start Mpilo Publishing (Pty) Ltd. For the past seven years of managing the company, engaging with authors, aspiring authors, and freelancers, she has acquired a reasonable amount of knowledge and experience to understand how to work well with all parties to ensure a win/win paradigm of interaction between everyone involved.
