Coffee conversation: Do we mind our Ps & Qs?

Please save the date for our next coffee conversation when we open the floor and ask you what you think about PEG’s Code of Conduct concerning our internal chat forums.

The latter document is a de facto agreement between us that says we’ll uphold professional standards in our work.

As a (largely) editing organisation, it may not be our purpose to be kind, but it is our responsibility to be professional, polite, purposeful and productive in our communications.

We review our Code of Conduct, inter alia, and discuss where our tone may be quarrelsome, quibbling or questionable.

Without marking our own homework, our inter-associate conduct on PEGforum, online meetings, emails and in person is overwhelmingly positive and constructive – is there room for improvement?
