Notes

• Elections – Mike will step down as PEG EC chair at this year’s AGM; so members are invited to nominate someone, or to volunteer, for that position.
• Dates and themes for meetings 2025/2026 – An online learning session is scheduled for Saturday 14 June; May will be taken up with AGMs. Gatherings ideas are required from August onwards, preferably through a small working group under the incoming chair.
• In-person gatherings – It is hoped that members will continue to plan local gatherings at suitable and convenient venues.
• General – This is the ‘free-for-all’ part of the AGM. Please raise any topics or queries that don’t appear on the agenda.

2024 AGM MINUTES

We’ll take last year’s minutes as read. So please read through them and let Mike know whether anything needs to be fixed, added, or removed from them, either ahead of the meeting or under item 2.

INFORMAL CHAT

Item 11 provides for an informal time for introductions and catching up. It is entirely voluntary: if you need to leave at the end of the AGM, please do.
