Diversity refers to the characteristics, experiences, and other distinctions that make one person different from another: race, ethnicity, gender identity, and sexual orientation, as well as socioeconomic background, upbringing, religion, marital status, education, neurodiversity, disability, and life experience.

Equity focuses on impartiality and fairness. It acknowledges that people have different needs and resources, working to dismantle systemic barriers that hold marginalized groups back. 

Inclusivity refers to intentionally creating an environment where people feel welcome and valued, regardless of their visible or invisible differences.
